The Ironic Blog is Dead

Welcome to the unironic travel blog.

I love traveling, it's a completely fulfilling experience for me and one of the few things I enjoy wholeheartedly and unashamedly. Within the last year I've been to maybe a dozen states, Sri Lanka, Great Britain, Canada, and now Germany. I know I'm not the most voracious traveler, but it is something I like to do with some frequency.

However with this last trip I may have really done it and crossed the border between rookie rambler and expert explorer (ok, maybe this blog will be a little ironic). I have left my friends, my family, my school, my work, and my beloved America behind for a gruelling 4 months abroad. I'll be visiting Germany, Scotland, Ireland, Switzerland, France, and who knows where else. You may be surprised!

So in short I made this blog, so my friends can keep up with me while I'm gone. Everyone leave lots of friendly comments so that I know you miss me and will be enticed into returning. I am currently living in Berlin in an apartment in the fancy Moabit neighborhood. Here's what I see out of my window.

As this blog goes on I will share stories of past trips I've taken as well as keep you up to date on what's going on with me.

This blog will be heavy on pictures cause I like taken' em'. The first two are from Key West, which is where I went in the days before I left the USA and the last is from, like I said, Moabit, Berlin, Germany. The tags will always say which places the pictures are from in case I don't care to explain in the text.

Ok! Blog START!
